Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction; therefore, we offer a product exchange service under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Period
- Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, products may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all tags and accessories.
- A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- If the defect is caused by misuse, the exchange request will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Methods
- Exchanges can be made through any of our branches or via customer service.
- For exchanges via shipping, the customer bears the shipping fees unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
4. Receiving the Replacement Product
- The replacement product will be delivered after verifying the condition of the returned item.
- If the same product is unavailable, the customer may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference.
